As part of our ongoing commitment to keeping the industry engaged and informed, we have hosted a series of sessions designed to clarify key aspects of the framework agreements. These events have explored various topics, from bidding processes and Technical Ability Certificates (formerly COTPAs) to accreditations, rate cards, and lotting structures.
Each session has offered valuable insights into the final proposals, fostered a collaborative environment for discussion, and served as a robust platform for industry feedback. CCS TS4 'How to Bid' Supplier Surgery
An event round-up and recording of the CCS TS4 'How to Bid' Supplier Surgery that took place on Friday 17 January 2025.
On Tuesday 17 January 2025 we were delighted to host the Technology Services 4 team for this special 'How to Bid' session for suppliers.
The event was an informative session, with members of the TS4 and Procurement Operations teams providing information on aspects of the bidding process, such as what bidders should consider when responding to the ITT and timescales. This event also provided detail on bidding for a CCS agreement under the Procurement Act 2023 regulations.
Further sessions will be held regularly over the coming months and will review various areas of both framework agreements.

CCS TS4 and DOS 7 Supplier Surgery 2
An event round-up and recording of the CCS TS4 and DOS 7 Supplier Surgery 2 that took place on 9 January.
On Thursday 9 January we were delighted to host CCS for an online CCS TS4 and DOS7 Supplier Surgery. This session wa a follow-up to the event that took place on Thursday 12 December which provided suppliers with further information regarding the Technical Ability Certificates (formerly known as COTPAs) that will be required to bid for both agreements.
Further sessions will be held regularly over the coming months and will review various areas of both framework agreements.

techUK was delighted to welcome the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) for an online supplier surgery focussing on Technology Service 4 and DOS 7 frameworks.
The purpose of the event was to provide suppliers with an update on the Technical Ability Certificates (formerly known as COTPAs) that will be required to bid for both agreements.

An event round-up and recording of the Crown Commercial Service Technology Services 4 Webinar, hosted on Tuesday 3rd September. This session focused on the accreditations and COTPAs that will be required for TS4.
On Tuesday 3 September we were pleased to host Crown Commercial Services (CCS) for the sixth webinar in a series of online Technology Services 4 (TS4) supplier surgeries.In these sessions, the CCS TS4 team have been presenting their final proposals for the framework and gathering feedback from attendees. These sessions provide a chance for industry to provide their say on the final shape of the agreement.
Each session is focused on on a different area of the TS4 proposal. This session covered the accreditations and COPTAs that will be required for TS4.

An event round-up and recording of the Crown Commercial Service Technology Services 4 Webinar, hosted on Tuesday 13th August. This session focused on the Rate Cards within TS4.
On Tuesday 13 August we were pleased to host Crown Commercial Services (CCS) for the fith webinar in a series of online Technology Services 4 (TS4) supplier surgeries.These sessions have been running every other Tuesday from 10:00-11:00am, starting on 9 July and finishing on the 27 August 2024. In these sessions, the CCS TS4 team have been presenting their final proposals for the framework and gathering feedback from attendees. These sessions provide a chance for industry to provide their say on the final shape of the agreement.
Each session is focused on on a different area of the TS4 proposal. This session covered rate cards.

On Tuesday 23 July we were pleased to host Crown Commercial Services (CCS) for the third webinar in a series of online Technology Services 4 (TS4) supplier surgeries.
These sessions have been running every other Tuesday from 10:00-11:00am, starting on 9 July and finishing on the 27 August 2024. In these sessions, the CCS TS4 team have been presenting their final proposals for the framework and gathering feedback from attendees.
