techUK was pleased to host a pre-market engagement webinar with the NHS London Procurement Partnership focused on a new Workforce Technology Systems Framework which will be procured under the new Procurement Act 2023 Regulations.

The NHS LPP is hosted by Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, and is a membership organisation, founded and funded by NHS organisations.

The session provided a variety information about the Framework, including:

An overview of the Framework’s scope, timelines and benefits

The lot structure of the Framework’s four lots

Lot 1: Workforce Systems/ Software Original Equipment Manufacturers

Lot 2: Services for Integration, Deployment and Interoperability

Lot 3: Professional Services and Consultancy

Lot 4: Overlay, User Experience and Support

Attendees were asked for feedback across a variety of topics, including

the lot structure
standards for the Framework
factors which may prevent an organisation from bidding for the Framework
how NHS LPP should support SMEs in bidding

NHS LPP shared customer feedback on current market challenges and outlined the next steps of the procurement process
