Nominations open to join techUK’s Climate Strategy and Resilience Council
Nominations are now open for 15 techUK members to join Climate Strategy and Resilience Council for two-year tenure from 2022.
The Council will drive techUK’s response to the climate crisis and our work to help ensure the sector can respond as well as it can to its impacts.
Primarily, this will mean agreeing the strategic direction, contributing to forward planning, ensuring the programme reflects member priorities and representing the sector at a high level to relevant stakeholders, academics and decision makers.
We are also electing the positions of Chair and Vice Chair. You may nominate either yourself or a colleague for either and, in doing so, will automatically nominate yourself for membership of the council.
To nominate yourself or a colleague please complete the form (here) and return to Craig Melson by 17:00 29 October at [email protected]
The election timeline is as follows:
1 October Nominations Open
29 October Nominations Close
w/c 15 November Elections open (if we receive more nominations than places)
