UK-China Tech Forum 2024

A round-up of the 2024 UK-China Tech Forum

Co-organised by techUK and the China Britain Business Council, the UK-China Tech Forum successfully brought together key stakeholders from government, industry, and the technology sector to discuss critical issues shaping the future of UK-China technology collaboration.

Held under the Chatham House Rule, the event facilitated open and candid discussions, providing attendees with insights into public policy, market trends, investment landscapes, and industrial shifts in both nations. It also explored China’s technological ambitions and innovations, helping stakeholders navigate the evolving and complex tech ecosystems.

The Forum opened with speeches by Julian David, CEO of techUK, and Claire Urry, Chief Commercial Officer of the China-Britain Business Council.
