TechTogether 2025 campaign

TechTogether is back, following the great success of techUK's 2024 campaign and Women in Tech spotlight in March 2023, where we marched forward to close the tech gender gap.

In our pursuit to shape a more equitable future, in 2025 we are exploring: Inclusive AIinvesting in diverse founders and entrepreneursthe power of allyship and mentorship, and empowering young people.

AI could have endless opportunities, but only if it is designed and used in a way that is inclusive for all. Investing in diverse founders and entrepreneurs drives not only innovation but economic growth. The tech sector is actively working to open up new pathways for young people from diverse backgrounds to thrive, which will help the sector to develop better products and services that recognise diverse user needs—allyship and mentorship support this.

Together, these topics weave TechTogether's mission to break barriers and create opportunities for all.

Tech companies wield significant influence and have the potential to drive positive social change. Our goal is to use this month to celebrate diversity, equity, and inclusion and the work organisations are doing to support it while acknowledging the work that still lies ahead.

This means discussing the good, bad, and ugly realities of working in the industry. As always, we want to support allies in all shapes and forms, wherever they come from. Everyone has a story to share and we want to hear yours!
