For London Climate Action Week, techUK and the British Standards Institution will look at the role BSI standards play in supporting sustainability outcomes in business, ranging from ‘green ops’ to material efficiency, organisational net zero targets. Standards are a key way to drive innovation and enable firms to stay ahead in the market, while also making it easier to operate internationally.

This event will hear from the tech sector representatives who sit on committees and make the standards, and examples of how standards get used and adopted, from smart contracts to digital twins helping decarbonise the energy grid. We’re keen to diversify and get new members involved so please register below to get involved.
