We are delighted to host our Barriers to Scaling Climate Tech event as part of UK Tech Week

This webinar will look at the barriers faced by climate tech scale up's when scaling and promoting the adoption of innovative ‘climate tech’ solutions, as well as providing an overview of the key barriers (whether these are financial, business, policy and regulatory) holding back the British climate tech sector. 

In the session, we will hear from members of the new Climate Tech Policy Coalition and with the Industrial Strategy being prepared, focus on growth and how the UK government can support innovative climate tech companies in achieving growth and net zero. We will also hear from Buffy Price of CarbonRE who has extensive experience on developing 'climate tech'.

  • 11:20 – 11:45: The founder experience: What issues and challenges do founders face scaling their climate businesses: Buffy Price, COO, CarbonRE.
  • 11:45 – 12:30: Panel discussion + attendee Q&A: What are the barriers to scaling climate tech.
