Over the last three years, the United States (U.S.) government has been issuing new cyber security regulations aimed at companies around world that are in the U.S. supply chain or do business with U.S.-based companies. This session will look at the new and forthcoming requirements including the U.S. Department of Defense’s (U.S. DoD) Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) which will require a third-party cybersecurity certification and other cybersecurity initiatives launched by U.S. federal agencies. The briefing will include a summary of the regulations, who they impact, and strategies for compliance.
