The new Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D) is a major new EU law requiring mandatory due diligence of supply chains. However with the final text changed at the last minute, a more narrow scope and the complexities that 27 different implementations can present, compliance will be a real challenge for businesses, particularly in tech. Hardware manufacturers will need to go much deeper in to their supply chains, and software firms will need to really investigate their exposure to the risks.

To help members understand the new requirements and approach compliance techUK is delighted to partner with CMS on a webinar to take members through the final agreed text and how to comply.
