- Are you interested in access to public sector data?
- Do you have an opinion about the current availability or usefulness of public sector data?
- Is public sector data already at the heart of your organisation?
On Wednesday 30 August we are pleased to be hosting the Department for Science, Innovation & Technology (DSIT) and the Central Digital and Data Office (CDDO) for an in-person workshop at the techUK office. The primary objective of the event is for Government to gather views, suggestions and aspirations for obtaining and utilising more public sector data.
The results of the discussion will inform the outcomes of a joint DSIT-CDDO project aimed at exploring how Government could make public sector data more accessible to businesses, start-ups and other external groups, to maximise public and economic value. DSIT and CDDO representatives will introduce the work and its intentions, followed by discussion to hear your ideas and perspectives. There will also be a chance to network following the session.
Come along to this event to share your views and ideas - UK Government wants to hear them. Make sure to book your place!
Online session: If you are unable to make the in-person session and would like to attend online, the team will be running a virtual session in the afternoon on Wednesday 30 August from 14:30 - 16:00. Please make sure you select the online ticket when booking.
