Benefits for the Home Office arising from the intended consolidation of Contracts:

Simplified end-to-end SLAs and standardised response times as to be set out in the ITT;
Simplified and faster resolution to new requirements and incidents to reduce hand-off points, so there is a clear end-to-end ownership including site contact list/s. An end-to-end Service for all Home Office UK and Foreign locations to defined Service Levels, including the secure storage and transportation of Assets;
A drive towards unit pricing and service catalogue for a variety of activities; for example, £x for a patch lead installation, equipment installs, structured cabling, including applying base configuration to equipment so it can be reached remotely;
One-stop shop installations (extended catalogue capabilities) outside of regular BAU activities;
Update and maintain the Home Office CMDB for all Assets/Products/Services;
Potential of generating savings; optimisation and improved value for money;
To support the Home Office with the sustainability agenda;
Note: All resources will require the Home Office SC clearance as well as NPPV-3 clearance.
This one-hour supplier engagement session will provide helpful context to suppliers who may wish to participate in responding to our Request for Information (RFI).
Time permitting, there will be a limited opportunity for Q&A. Questions can also be asked after the Supplier Engagement slot via the CCS Jaggaer Portal. Responses to questions will be provided to all members of the relevant Framework Lots via the CCS Jaggaer Portal and techUK.
