Adopting an evidenced based approach, with speakers from both the UK and internationally, this is the first in a series of events around the nation that will offer hope and practical solutions that will enable health and care partners to ‘drive’ the integration agenda within and beyond their existing partnerships.

"The scale of the challenges facing us all require a combined approach to finding and delivering solutions.  Being able to work together, explore new connections and collaborate in our problem solving has the potential to produce beneficial outcomes for all.  It's the greatest hope we have. We've created this conference, networking and roundtable event to share some cutting-edge findings, technology and examples to build that hope and actions from it."
John Bryant, Director of Integrated Care and Generative Relationships - Learning & Development Centre
