MHRA consultation on statutory fees - proposals on ongoing cost recovery

The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) is seeking views from interested stakeholders on proposals to update its statutory fees, to be implemented from April 2025.

This will significantly impact techUK members in the digital health and medical device sectors, as it proposes changes to how the MHRA charges for its regulatory services.

Key Dates:

15 October: techUK shares consultation response draft

17 October: Workshop and feedback session on the consultation. techUK will welcome written feedback by COP Monday 21st.

21 October: Deadline for feedback.

24 October: techUK response submitted and consultation closes.
