In the session, procurement law specialist Shailee Howard and health tech lawyer Charlotte Lewis will provide an outline of the key changes resulting from the major overhaul to the UK's public procurement regime under the Procurement Act 2023. 

Shailee Howard brings 15 years of experience advising both public and private sectors on public procurement law.  Charlotte Lewis is a Principal Associate specialising in commercial health and technology, with a passion for innovation. Charlotte is co-vice chair of techUK’s Health and Social Care Council.
