NHS England’s SME Advisory Group are hosting an SME Forum focusing on the impact of the Procurement Act on SMEs operating in the Health & Social Care Sector.
At this event, you will hear from a number of subject matter experts who will explore how the procurement act has regard for SMEs and how this is likely to impact the procurement landscape. You can join fellow SMEs in gaining a deeper understanding of the act and will be able to ask questions and join discussions on a number of topics throughout the afternoon. Sessions include:
- Breaking down the Procurement Act and what it means to SMEs
- The role of the Public Procurement Review Service
- What is Value Based Procurement

There is free onsite parking, and the event will include a welcome lunch. There are a limited number of spaces, so, subject to demand, the Advisory Group may limit attendance per organisation. If the event becomes fully subscribed, they will operate a waiting list.
