2023 was a big year for sustainability disclosures. The ISSB published in June, the CSRD was accepted in March and the TNFD was published late September. For many companies, 2024 will be just as consequential when it comes to the development of sustainablity reporting regimes, aimed at tracking and improving their ESG performance.
For this webinar, we are joined by Kim Rybarczyk of Linklaters LLP. Kim will be discussing the next 6-12 months of policy development for sustainability disclosures, including:
- the UK's approach to the ISSB adoption,
- interoperability between UK and EU reporting regimes and
- the UK's ambitions for steamlined sustainability reporting.
This webinar should be of interest to large listed companies working across the UK and EU.
