To celebrate the launch of the latest Diversity in Tech Report, the Tech Talent Charter (TTC) is hosting a series of in-person, regional roadshows. These will showcase the latest insights for diversity and inclusion in the tech ecosystem, providing a chance to discuss the issues and be part of a roadmap for action.
The report uncovered that social mobility support and measurement were lacking compared to other diversity perspectives. They intend to delve deeper into how organisations can back social mobility while grappling with the present cost of living crisis.
This session will take place in Edinburgh, hosted by our principal partner Lloyds Banking Group on the 16th of May. They will explore routes to tech, including reskilling and returners, retaining workers, and supporting senior development for underrepresented groups.
- TTC will provide a short keynote that shares and disseminates highlights from their latest Diversity in Tech annual report.
- They will create space for engagement and discussion of key report themes, such as the growth, promotion, and retention of underrepresented groups, as well as a chance to network with peers from the industry.
- They will work collaboratively to create a concrete roadmap for action, related to a key topic area.
