Join techUK on 28 April for a briefing with NHS England and KLAS Research, who will be presenting the results of the latest NHS England Electronic Patient Record (EPR) usability survey.
Why does measuring EPR usability and driving optimisation matter?
We all understand that digital transformation is crucial for a sustainable NHS response to the increasing demand for services and one of the NHS’s three shifts ‘analogue to digital’ set out in the Darzi Review 2024. A key aspect of this transformation is ensuring that we have digital systems that are user-friendly and help deliver high-quality, efficient care to patients.
In this webinar NHS England will provide an overview of the findings of the second Electronic Patient Record (EPR) usability survey for NHS acute, ambulance, community and mental health providers and discuss their analysis of the findings against the importance of national benchmarking to inform tactical improvement planning. You’ll also hear how we can use global best practice and innovation to benefit patient care.
NHS England will share how the insights from the 2024 survey and how it will help to support the NHS in making better use of these systems, freeing up staff time for patient care, providing a better experience for staff, and enabling operational efficiencies.
